Pierwszy rok Macieja z nami :-)
Krótka zajaweczka tego co się działo, jakaś 1 setna - sam pamiętał o pierwszej "rocznicy" + przygotował poczęstunek z tej okazji :-) Maciej idealnie wpasował się w nasz klub i jego formułę starej szkoły w nowym wykonaniu. Poznał co to są PRAWDZIWE KETLE, a nie jakiś kanapeczki. Są olbrzymie efekty, a dopiero minął jeden rok. Przychodząc na trening widać młodzieńczy błysk w oku, żądze solidnego trenowania, rywalizację sportową i ciągłą chęć rozwoju. Druga młodość normalnie :) Recepta? Zależy mu :-) Najlepsze jest to, że to dopiero początek drogi rekordów, zakwasów, dobrej zabawy, bólu, mistrzowskiej formy :) Siła!

Equilibrium - a state in which opposing forces or influences are balanced.
In direct relation to this post, equilibrium will refer to maintaining the right amount of pull from my top arm with the right amount of push from my bottom arm so that I don't fall.
Otherwise equilibrium can be applied to finding that elusive balance between various aspects of your life. Is it possible? I've no idea but it's worth a try. It's also good to note that things will fluctuate and you will need to readjust accordingly to maintain it all. And that's perfectly fine.

This stuck out to me... The idea of becoming a stronger person, mentally and physically seems pretty simple until you get to a point that is HARD and to make it easy you give up!
You HAVE to go through those hard times to get the results! It’s hard, I know!
If you want it bad enough... allow yourself to breakdown the weak parts, to build it up.
Allow yourself to say “That’s hard... but I know I can”
Because I KNOW YOU CAN!!! Sometimes, we just need that encouragement to push us through, that person in our lives to have our backs and say Keep going, you can make it through!
