This woman you see in front of you used to believe that she wasn’t worthy to be alive. She was bullied for 6 years, pushed around, taunted, told she was ugly and had girls and guys spread numerous lies about her.
She woke up every morning depressed, completely insecure, and felt so alone. Despite having a handful of friends, she still couldn’t trust a single soul and life had taught her time and time again, that in the end, all you have is yourself.
This woman didn’t see herself living past the age of 16 yet here she is, at 30, happier than I could ever imagine I’d be.
So to that shy and quiet teenage girl who didn't think she was worthy of living, I want to tell her that she is. She is worthy, she is beautiful, and she will survive❤️

If you look at someone’s post or workout and think “how do they run that fast, get that skinny, look that strong, run that far - I will never be able to do that/look like that”, then perhaps social media is hindering your progress and mental game. If you look at someone’s post and think “wow that’s an amazing accomplishment, strong arms, fast time, long miles - that’s so motivating and inspiring!” Then maybe you’re here for the right reasons. It’s so easy to get caught up in the comparison game. Stay true to you! Do what you need and for the reason you believe in! 🤗 I’m not saying I don’t get caught up in the game but just make sure you check yourself....before you wreck yourself! Yup I said it. PSA: Pistol Squats are DIFFICULT
Pistol squats are one of the most challenging leg exercises for me because they require the right balance, flexibility, and strength to perform properly. They also require enough trust in yourself that you won't fall and bust your @$$ in the middle of the gym!
Pistol squats also have some great benefits:
1) they improve strength through the range of motion
2) they engage the core muscles more than a regular air squat
3) they look badass when performed correctly
So it’s just days til Christmas 🎄😱+ you may be thinking it’s fine to “let it go” + wait til the new year for your fitness goals
No ✖️that’s the worst thing you can do! Because you’ll regret it in the NY with average 5 kilo (10lb) weight gain + a huge amount of guilt😢
My best tips⬇️
✔️meal prep breakfast every night for the following day, why not try overnight oats or protein pancakes
✔️Commit to a minimum of 3 workouts + don’t make excuses because there’s gyms open 24/7 there is no excuse 💪you may have to exercise later or earlier than usual but get it done👊

The hack squat has become my second favourite leg exercise right after he hip thrusts! I do different variations but keeping my legs close is my favourite as I really feel it in my quads.

The other day me an @teritomassetti
visited Middle Beach to have an empowerment meeting and to strike fun poses while we laughed hysterically. She reads me so well and knows exactly what I needed to pull myself out of my thoughts which was sadness and stress from my mother being so sick for so long and it’s hard to get away from worrying so much when my mother was doing better then not so good to better to not ok and I was truly burnt out and needed some comic relief from us laughing at ourselves during our goofy photo shoot! She’s an amazing, caring and genuine friend and business partner.
Does anyone have such amazing and genuinely caring friends who business partners in their life and how does it make you feel to know someone has your back through heavy times and great times? I know I’ve finally have found women that empower each other and truly care about how you do in life and business.. I would never have known anything that she was doing unless I inquired and the reason for this is she’s such a positive light force and I was curious as to know what she was doing different cause she has such positive and happy vibes and don’t we all want this and to enjoy life, and help other women to their best! This tribe of women are so amazing and helpful. 👍🏻💕👏🦄🦋

I underestimated the cardio squats yesterday. Booty and quads are dead😂 Ended the first week of using @rpstrength
template and man my body and gut is happy right now. Eating what I should be eating and staying away from things (chicken, eggs, dairy, etc🙄) that my gut doesn’t like helps too. No more eating like an asshole.
Do you pray?! Go to Church or a religious place of worship?!

👉🏻Today was hard. My throat feels like I am I have knives scraping it with each swallow.
Two nights I have lied awake in agony from the pain.
I have NO voice...and icing on the cake..I’m pmsing.
😳😳😳😳 I needed this time MORE than ever today.
I have no fever...I feel fine otherwise...so yes...I went to my place of worship...⬇️⬇️ My gym! ❤️❤️

The holidays are great, but it also means that there’s a lot out of our control— sleeping in a different bed, a crowded house, what there is to eat, lack of space, not in a routine, on someone else’s schedule, etc. The list goes on an on, right?!.
I had EVERY SINGLE ONE of those excuses this morning, including what will be a fun, but surprise family photo shoot. And, yet, I fought for my workout. I had 2 hours— that could be filled with sitting and waiting to shower OR I could prioritize myself and my health and do a workout! I rearranged my workouts— because beachbody gives me that freedom— and did cardio core for next week and totally crushed it!.
Was it easy? No! But I did it! Why?! Because me and my body are WORTH IT! Gone are the days that I let a little thing to throw off my plan derail the whole day. Gone are the day I give into laziness and complacency..

See with my fitfam we look at 11 days till Christmas as 11 days of making great progress and 11 days to giving something back to ourselves. 😃
In 11 days you can accomplish a lot as you can see in the pic posted here in front of you. 👇👇👇👇👇👇 Last year I was counting down the days till after Christmas, after the New Year, so I could get my butt back going again after a long extended break. I was really down on myself come time for Christmas. 👀 What's got you down this Christmas?
But this year it's a different story. I started out the new year great completing an 80 day program. Then moved onto another two fav programs of mine that I had done before. Then a break and now I have been going strong for 3 weeks. 👏
