This was a stress sketch I did a couple of days ago. Stress sketching is a lot like stress eating, only instead of eating your drawing. But the whole Camp thing and then having to come back and deal with my mom, I just needed to sit back and do some watercolours.
Q: What do you do when you're stressed out?
A: I prefer watercolors but any form of art calms me down.

Sundays are usually my day to catch up, recharge, and prepare everything for the upcoming week. #weightlossjourney it takes time. #depression and unnecessary #stress can kill you. At my heaviest, I was at 400 pounds and my cognitive skills were also at risk. I still not wear I need to be and wear and tear on my body has been done. But I look forward the next step in my life. Countdown to 30. Sheesh.

How does stress impact our energy and circadian rhythm, or our daily sleep and wake cycle?
