Research has shown that making your bed each morning can result in having a more productive day, feeling more accomplished at the end of the day and be more likely to have healthier habits. ⠀
Bedmakers are also more likely to like their jobs, own a home, exercise regularly and feel well rested. ⠀
I remember someone one said to me that the state of your bed reflects the state of your mind and how your day will likely pan out. If your bed is made up and looks great you will be more likely to feel focused, organised and less stressed.

CBD comes in a number of formats, with oils being the most popular way to consume CBD here in the UK.
As the EU CBD industry ramps up and looks at the US for inspiration, we are starting to see an increase in the sale of CBD concentrates. But what are these?
CBD Concentrates are just that, highly potent forms of CBD. Dependent on the type, the percentage of CBD can vary from 45% all the way up to 99%+. They can feature various cannabinoids outside of just CBD but usually have 0% or near non detectable levels of THC.
CBD Winterized extract/Wax/crumble, are usually between 60% > 99% CBD and are of a waxy, crumble consistency. Great for dabbing in a vape, creating your own home made CBD oil or even adding to your own lotion for a home made CBD topical cream.
Next you have CBD isolate, which is pure CBD. Used primarily in beauty and non consumable products. Has zero taste but lacks the benefits of 'the entourage effect' when used with other cannabinoids.
Extracts are versatile and can be used in nearly any format you like but they are especially perfect for vaping, providing an immediate dose of CBD with a high absorption rate. Have you tried them yet?

Welcome to Bend Twist Bliss' second signature yoga series for 2019.
Body Bend is a movement experience which includes 6 weekly yoga classes and 1 massage. You'll bend, stretch, twist, reach, curl and roll your way into Happy hormones and a body that feels great to be in. The emphasis of this experience is on flowing, playful, shape creation with the human body and is suitable for both beginner and intermediate students.
