nothing so defined you as what you do on a regular basis. Create habits that move you closer to your goals. Break all other habits.
Strive for excellence. Don't make excuses. Period! If it can be done better, be the one to do it. And if it wasn't excellent the first time, do it again. Raise your standards. And continue to raise them throughout your life. Your purpose is the foundation of your life a continual reminder of your destiny will give you guidance to your everyday steps.
These last 7 months have given me So much. From learning to pace myself, and not rush back into training. To more family time. To better living. And high vibrations thru a fruit based diet- more than I could have ever asked for.

See a lot of people have trouble loving themselves, mostly because of judgements and fear of being ridiculed by other people. Often times when those people judge you is because they putting you down so they can feel good about themselves.
So I’m here posting myself in my flex zone, all while people look at me in the gym like “Why” well here is why.
