Colgar y exponer una foto así en redes sociales os aseguro que no es fácil. Puede dar mucho que hablar, cierto, pero mi intención con ella es mostrar una realidad, la mía, que suele escasear. En el “fitness de moda” hay una realidad oculta y mucha desinformación que ha creado y genera muchos pensamientos erróneos. Primero de todo he escogido dos fotos de extremos, mis dos polaridades. La primera con 80 kilos en enero del 2017. Venia de competir en 2016, haciendo podium nacional y cuando acabe empecé a comer sin filtro y sin fin. Atracones, comidas copiosas, el “cheatmeal” y la moda de comer hasta reventar y seguir comiendo en casa...hizo y ha hecho mucho daño y sobretodo comentarios y pensamientos constantes de “ahora puedes comer, te lo mereces, estás en volumen, y miles de milongas con las que excusar un trastorno con la comida y una mala relación emocional con ella y no reconocerlo. Tenía gente a mi lado que a su manera querían frenar aquella Gaby que se estaba “castigando” con la comida por no gestionar y poner orden en otras áreas de mi vida que se canalizaban de esa manera en mi. Después de verme en esa foto, fue un shock, os lo aseguro, me reconocía por los tatuajes. Cogí conciencia de la situación no solo por la foto, también por la ropa, mi cara, mi malhumor constante, mi relación con los demás y sobretodo por cómo me sentía de decepcionada conmigo mismo por engañarme a mi misma. Asumí la responsabilidad, no era culpa de haber competido, ni de ningún preparador que me apretara la dieta, ni de terceros en vinagre... la responsabilidad es de uno mismo y cuando validas eso en ti, es cuando puedes decir. ESTO NO LO QUIERO. NO SOY YO. VOY A CAMBIARLO. Decisión y acción, no hay otra. Constancia, trabajo, mucho trabajo y sobretodo tiempo. Entre una foto y otra hay 2 años. La segunda foto es del nacional 2018, de la mano de @nachocimmerio , me demostré a mi misma que podía volver a competir , a subir en tarima sabiendo de donde partía esta vez y de todo el aprendizaje que llevo detrás. Lange habe ich nichts über mich geschrieben, weshalb immer wieder die Frage kommt, wie es mir aktuell geht und was es Neues gibt... Daher gibt es heute mal eine Zusammenfassung der letzten Zeit! Ich kann nicht sagen, dass es mir schlecht geht, aber eben auch nicht, dass es mir richtig gut geht... Ich habe seit ca 4 Wochen diffuse Schmerzen im Unterleib, die ich absolut nicht zuordnen kann. Eigentlich kann ich das sehr gut unterscheiden, aber diesmal keine Ahnung... Darm, Blase, Gebärmutter, Eierstöcke... who knows?! Mal ist es nur ein unterschwelliges Ziehen, mal extreme Krämpfe. Mal ist stundenlang nichts, mal ist es aus dem Nichts ganz schlimm. Hinzu kommen immer mal wieder plötzlich Kreislaufprobleme und eine seltsame Übelkeit, die ich so nicht kenne. Anfangs war alles nur ganz leicht und unterschwellig, weshalb ich es zwar wahrgenommen, aber gekonnt ignoriert habe. Im Laufe der Zeit wurde es aber immer schlimmer, weshalb mir dann doch so einiges durch den Kopf ging... Von Schwangerschaft über Schub bis hin zu Krebs war einmal alles dabei... 🤦🏼‍♀️ Also bin ich dann doch zum Arzt gegangen... Ultraschall und Blutbild unauffällig. Wtf?!...Also wurde ich zum Gynäkologen weitergeschickt... Ebenfalls absolut kein Befund. Wie kann das?! Einerseits natürlich gut, andererseits sehr unbefriedigend, denn man hat keinerlei Anhaltspunkte. Also wird es wohl als nächstes ins MRT gehen, um den Dünndarm abzuchecken und wahrscheinlich noch eine Bauchspiegelung, um Verwachsungen auszuschließen oder ggf. zu lösen. Irgendwie bin ich durch das ganze aktuell ziemlich abgefucked (#sorrynotsorry )... Einerseits schlaucht es mich natürlich, andererseits macht es mich irgendwie total sauer... I’m literally shook at how dramatically my life and me have felt this year. It’s only been a few weeks but I’ve been feeling so many positive vibes about this year and what it’s bringing. There were a few months before the end of last year that I wasn’t feeling myself or living my absolute best life and I promised myself this year I wouldn’t bring any of that shit with me. Its hectic what a positive mindset and getting back on track with a healthy lifestyle will literally do for you. I have so many exciting new things on the way that I can’t wait to start and share. Overcoming my anxiety and building up the confidence to try and start chasing my goals is going to be my biggest hurdle, but it’s funny bc on the inside I know I’m going to kill it, it’s just the fear of failing that stops me. Anyways, I’m back on my bullshit and back to training and I feel so ME again. I’m deadass so happy to be training again after a little break. Going back on a bulk has been tough considering I was eating like 1-2 meals a day the last few weeks, so I’m trying as hard as I can to adjust to the extra calories. I do feel energised, full and low key I am a little happy fatty, it’s just uncomfortable being little and slowly working my meals back up and the extra full feeling that comes with it but we gotta do what we gotta do 😌
