I’ll tell you a secret, it’s not about how we lift weights, what weights we lift, how we condition, or how often we train👟
It’s not about the diet we follow 🍏the calories we manage or the food choices we make🥑
We don’t take some expensive brand of supplements 🍶
Those ☝🏼 are all contributing factors BUT you too will find us occasionally with our feet up on the couch eating popcorn🍿 , or taking an off day 🌴
You WILL bump into us in a restaurant eating a pizza 🍕and drinking a glass of wine or two🥂
We don’t eat clean and train hard for only 12 weeks📆
We don’t “get ready for summer” 👙
We don’t cut carbs for a few weeks
We don’t increase our training, or suddenly add in “some cardio”🏃🏼♀️ or “shock” our muscles
We don’t take some extra “shake” or pop a special brand of “fat burners”
We train hard and make good food choices day in and day out ⛈with no other reason but because we want to be healthy, we want longevity, we want to feel good💁🏼♀️ We want the energy & strength to always be able to do stuff, be active, climb, run, surf. We want to sleep better, feel better and be better 💪🏼 It’s not a quick fix. It’s our lifestyle. Everyday. All the time.
