it's the only way to grow.
Today I was talking with a friend and thinking back to all the years I ski trained.
Hours on hours of cardio with no energy left for strength training.
Workouts nowadays are anywhere from 20-40 minutes 3-5 times a week and I am stronger than I ever was on skis.
The thing is, when I was ski training I couldn't imagine doing anything differently, but here I am.
Doing everything differently.
And so much stronger for it.
All because I went beyond what I had always known.
Breech those borders.
A whole new you,
