In this way, opponents have a much harder time predicting where your offence will be focused on.โ € โ € 2๏ธโƒฃ Be Mindful of Energy Expenditure and Donโ€™t Waste Your Punches. โ € One way to make sure that we donโ€™t experience this is by being mindful of our combinations. It is important to throw punches in volume, but also to not waste energy by throwing wasteful punches. Keep everything clean and well-thought-out, and you will have better success.โ € โ € 3๏ธโƒฃ Donโ€™t Throw the Same Combination.โ € Keeping your punch output varied is the key to great offense. Practice your combinations on the focus mitts, honing proper technique while cultivating power on the heavy bag. When youโ€™re comfortable with the movements, apply your techniques in sparring.
