One thing I admire about Jay Z. He was always steps ahead of everyone. He always put himself in the proper surroundings. He stayed on the gas pedal. People copied his ideas but didn't know he was already 5 years ahead. He was very selective in his dealings. He out grew all his partners and made business decisions rather than let people keep him at a certain level by keeping it personal.
Rocafella was started because he couldn't get signed. Roc a Wear was started because he couldn't get the clothing deal. Many of my ventures came about because I couldn't get help but refused to fail, so I did it myself. I didn't come in with a large amount of street money and not located in a Big City like New York. But I recognize the process. I can see it. I've always been the guy on the block with Stacy Adams and a SUIT. I still take my neighborhood stroll almost Daily to gain motivation. It'll take me a little longer but believe me when I say that its right around the corner! Even he had Jaz-O, Dam Dash, and others to help catapult him. My desire is to rise from the neighborhood and be even Greater without a Dame Dash or Jaz O or the Big Guy who put money with him.
From the STREETS to the CORPORATE SEAT! My eyes opened a little more yesterday. If you're still thinking that you can judge wealth with the naked eye. I'm here to tell you that its more to it than meets the eye! Some people only show what is necessary to keep the flow and some of the biggest moves are made with no money exchanging hands!
I CANT HELP THE POOR IF IM ONE OF THEM, SO I'LL GET RICH AND GIVE BACK. TO ME THATS THE WIN, WIN!! #studiojlife #smalltownbigthingz #management #PROGRESS #staytuned
