Almost every time I post a blog, I receive private messages from people who relate in some way, shape or form with what I say. Truly, one of the biggest gifts I receive when I share my story is that people trust me with pieces of their own stories. ⠀
Even so - speaking our truth can be such a scary and vulnerable thing, especially for women. We are conditioned to second guess our own thoughts and feelings because we are 'too hormonal, too emotional..." ⠀

Are there people speaking into your life that have no place there? Are they in the arena with you or offering criticism and opinion as spectators? Own your place and stand up strong because that arena is yours, friend. Find wisdom from those who are willing to get in the arena with you.
