Whereas,
#bing #rewards #program is suspect regarding redemption of rewards, as ecards are not accepted by the designated
#partner #retailers e.g.
#Walmart I’m disappointed. I hold Microsoft in the highest regard but obviously when Microsoft strays beyond its core product(s) software it’s a miserable
#failure . This is embarrassing for me the
#consumer who was laughed at while attempting the futile act of redemption of your
#affinity program,
#embarrassing for Microsoft’s alleged partners and embarrassing for Microsoft (bing) has virtually limitless
#complaints regarding the program and google has significantly more, e.g. “bing was great now it
#sucks ,” “bing rewards
#legit or
#scam ,” “most retailers do not accept big rewards” etc. Henceforth, why would a industry leader like Microsoft compromise it’s
#brand #equity with fools gold? Furthermore, in politely attempting to understand this, I was disconnected three times via a call center in the Philippians until the
#supervisor on duty, as the
#manager went home for the day, which took another 1:53 minutes explained the flaws, e.g. the
#representative who finally did not hang up sent the incorrect links via email...I would continue but this field does not accommodate any more characters.
Microsoft is
#fraudulent and albeit, their customer service representatives try, but are not properly
#trained and when one gets to their best the only thing that can be done is a litany of
#apologies (better than being disconnected). The aforementioned
#executive suggested that since the Philippine office was do to close within a half-hour, that I call back (how many hours would that take), to get the next call-center in cue.
Microsoft is now at the number one position of
#worst #customer #service on my humble list in the
#tech industry.
Henceforth, I respectfully request any and all that have suffered via Microsoft let their voices be heard.
Thank you.
