And before you buy into someone's shpeel, spending your hard earned money on "this band, that workout or this supplement" STOP. Take a step back. BREATHE.
Reevaluate what your goals are, what your fueling/or feeding your body with and compare it to what you're doing in your workouts!
Often times a simple change of repetitions, order of body groups/or movements will get you back in the direction you were already headed! Other times advice or help will be needed.
