BOOTY ACTIVATION‼️ you already know how important mind to muscle connection is, but can you execute? 🤔 double tap, save, tag your bestie!
These are just a couple of my favvvvorite exercises for getting the glutes to wake up, and ready to work 🍑
•body weight kick back- bent leg. These are a staple in my regimen. Make sure you rotate your pelvis so your butt is tucked under, NOT arched. Squeeze your glutes before you start kicking up, and press your hip down at the same time you’re kicking. Squeeeeze!!
•stretch in between sets for a MUCH BETTER connection 💪🏼 (don’t skip this)
•kneeling squats- also extremely effective! Start squeezing the glutes from the bottom, till you feel yourself start to lift off the ground. That’s how you know the booty is ENGAGED 🔥
•plate deadlift to squat- sit those hips all the way back to engage glutes!
AFTER you’ve completed a couple sets of each and you feel the glutes, then you can start your workout 💪🏼 HAPPY BOOTY BUILDING ❤️
