Moving barefoot is even better. Going barefoot is part of Step 1 of The Light Diet™️. This allows us to obtain free negative charge that is present on the surface of the earth via the Inverse Hall Magnetic Spin Effect. The sun's light hitting the earth causes the liberation of this charge (aka electrons) from the surface. This, like fire and sunlight, is free energy from nature.
Breathing the fresh air is key. Oxygen is what we use to burn hydrogen in our mitochondria to make energy.
And, of course, the benefits of full-spectrum sunlight are everything. In fact, sunlight is the main driver of life on earth. Rather than discuss the "benefits", we should look at how poorly our species is doing while hiding from the sun. And, I can tell you that since I started embracing the sun, a big black cloak that stood between me and life was removed. If you feel depressed or down on life, you are missing full-spectrum sunlight, which stimulates and powers the creation of our key hormones and neurotransmitters.
Take a walk! Or, better, go swim in any pool, lake, river, or ocean.
