DAY 5, and my last day already🙁 of a fabulous week of #cleaneating
. For the entire week, every evening I was delivered a bag containing all my meals for the day after. #supereasy #nostress
Today's breakfast MY NUTRITIOUS SHAKE was made of walnut, oats, millet, banana, ginger, cinnamon, medjool dates & vanilla. MY IMMUNE BOOSTER SHOT was the best one of the week, I have to say. Made of lemon, birnel (a Swiss pear syrup) & cayenne pepper, THE metabolism booster, it was #superspicy
. Love love loved it! 😍 Today‘s lunch MY WHOLE FOOD BOWL contained red rice, red cabbage, mushrooms, cauliflower, smoked paprika & parsley. MY POWER TREAT this afternoon was made of strawberry, chia, almond, agave & cranberry. I really celebrated this last treat. Dinner tonight was a Gazpacho which was the perfect way of concluding this week of heat waves in Zurich with +30°C. MY CLEANSING SOUP contained cucumber, ananas tomato (a special type of tomato), pepper, avocado & basil. And because dear Alex knows I can’t eat neither peppers nor chive she made a special Gazpacho for me. Thank you so much for considering my special needs! ❤🙏🏼Can’t believe the week is over already. I feel so good and energized, less bloated and my digestive system has significantly improved. A nice side effect but not the main purpose of the detox: I’ve lost 3kg this week. 🤙🏼😃 Now, my people keep asking me what I will eat first thing tomorrow or if I’m looking forward to have a drink. And I can tell you I’m not craving anything. At all! No burger, no fries, no pizza. 🙅🏼♀️The only thing I may have in mind is some icecream.🍦🍦🍦But this is mainly because of the hot temperatures outside and - let‘s face it - I am simply an #icecreamaddict
