Their is definition in my legs. They're just blown up form HIIT on the bike post workout
Still currently playing around with new stuff like Yohimbine HCL by putting it in with my morning fasted cardio along with carnigen (4 blend of L-carnitine)
The dosage of yohimbine HCL I use for it is 0.2mg per Kg of bodyweight so its roughly 14/15mg for me.
Also due to the info I've read from articles from @musculardevelopment @fortitude_training @testosteronenation
and and videos from Jeff brainum
It says that it's best taken first thing in the morning 15-20 minutes before fasted cardio. He also says that the effect last for at least 1.5 hours and should be digested on an empty stomach at least 4 hours before your first meal and remain fasted until then to make the use of it. This also means no aminos or carbs as they can cause an insulin spike, even if its just an acute spike it can knock of its effects.
But what about High cortisol and muscle protein breakdown?. Well Jeff brainum also explains that it doesn't bring cortisol into play unless you have a high dosage of 30mg or more which can can lead to adverse effects on heart and blood pressure
It's also recommend to do steady state cardio due to it using more of its fuel as fat. Which unlike HIIT training requires the use of carbs.
FYI this is not everything I have on it. This is just a tiny piece of what I've added to my daily routine.

As young professionals, we have a tendency to really “give it our all” at our jobs because it’s OUR TIME to get this 💰, it’s now or never.
This is admirable. There’s nothing more contagious than people who are hustling because they have that 🔥in them
The question is: what are you doing when you aren’t hustling at the office? How are you spending your social time?
Some of us are trying to reach our fitness goals, but are also doing happy hours on Thursday and Friday, brunch on Saturday, and Sunday fundays all in the same week.
Is there anything wrong with the essence of these events? No. The problem lies where these become a routine and the scene associated to them becomes our environment.
I can guarantee that if you don’t change your typical young pro “off work” environment, you WILL NOT reach your fitness goals.
Trust me, change is tough. It gets lonely, but looking back in the future, it will all be worth it.
👉🏽 If you’re in the midst of change as you read this, if you’re actively changing your environment to reach you goals, keep in mind that the loneliness isn’t forever.
You WILL meet like minded people in your new environment, and you WILL look back in retrospect, thankful that you went through the lonely season to get to the sustainable place you are now.

Is that enough equipment for one person?! I thought so, and yet as class progressed I had to go get additional weights and bands 🤣
So my energy is through the roof again. I had my physical last week and my blood work showed that I was anemic! Again! My husband could not believe it! He was like: " you are eating so much meat!!!" According to my doctor (who is brilliant btw, an MD with an open mind and appreciation for natural medicine) my low iron us due to my extremely heavy periods.
I am working on managing those with natural progesterone and it works wonders, but in a mean time I am taking #ferritin

It is so important to keep your gut healthy. I have had stomach issues on and off for most of my life which I think is mostly due to many doses of antibiotics/ chronic stress. Cutting out dairy and gluten(99% of the time) has helped me so much! Over the past couple years I have been taking probiotics and just recently this year take digestive enzymes. Recently my stomach has been all out of wack which sucks because it has been affecting my whole body. I’m excited to try a couple new things, l glutamine which is good for repairing your stomach lining, new brand of probiotics I haven’t tried and other probiotic rich foods like coconut yogurt🥥
