for Hawaiian Poke bowl:
1. To make rice: Rinse 1 cup of sushi rice 2-3 times in s bowl until water runs clear, transfer to small pot and add 1 1/4 cups of water, boil and then reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes. Once ready, mix in 4 tbsp of seasoned rice vinegar.
2. Cut 1 fillet of salmon into cubes, discard skin, and mix with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sriracha sauce.
3. Assemble rice and salmon in bowl and add whatever toppings your heart desires. Here I have sliced avocado, radishes, cubed pineapple, green onions, and radishes. topped with black sesame seeds. Mix it all together and enjoy!
