Week 2/16 check in with @teamprobodeez
- Weighing 201lbs this morning upon waking.
3lbs off this week which is still too high of a drop but in these initial weeks of cleaning up the diet it's expected.Hoping to start levelling out and dropping around 1lb from next week!
Noticeable difference during 'gym time' tho with pumps etc and looking a little tighter in the mirror...Other than that outside of the gym I don't even look like I lift.😊 #bodybuilding

When for a night you become real regular. Haha. Nothing fancy in this workout just make sure if you're doing this workout your end position is mid chest... That allows for complete scapula alignment and shoulder pull.. So that's never bad. Keep slaying it!
