The sweatiest of selfies right here. Holy crap. Today’s work out was called powerful, and well, that was an appropriate word. This morning my Netflix of workouts wouldn’t work, but even at 10pm, after meeting up with a friend and eating potatoes....
I showed up, drank my pre, said no to the voice in my head who said “stay on the couch” and got it done.

Even though these workouts are only 20 minutes, the amount of effort you put into those 20 minutes is pretty incredible. I’m giving myself & my team a big high five for committing & showing up!✋🏼💪🏼 Day 4 was cardio, total body conditioning, and some resistance moves to help build our strength. My current go-to’s for my muscle soreness: foam rolling, stretching, yoga class tonight with my girls🙏🏼🧘🏻♀️✌🏼, superfoods🌱, and water💧

First workout of the week done. Really need to make it to the gym early on in the day. If I schedule it for 8pm or later, there is an 80% chance i will end up skipping. 🤷🏾♀️ I’M SORRY, OKAY! Lol. 18kms of ups and downs along the coastal track from Church Bay to Purau and back. My legs are feeling good and terrible. Website says it's supposed to take 7 hours return but we did it in about 4. 🤔
So many sharp rocks that we can't really get into the water. But we sure can sit in the water up to our waist and look wistfully into the distance.
