After some disappointing news today, I needed to find something to help better my spirit. What better way to do that is to dance.
I decided to record myself revisiting this choreo that I haven't done in a good minute. So I'm having fun and releasing stress . Yes it's not showing my whole body, but you're still able to capture the upper body/arms movements. I was working with limited space here. Lol
Hope you guys enjoy! This is @tinashenow

Occasionally I have to fill out forms for insurance, school, taxes, etc. and after name and dob I reach the dreaded “occupation” fill-in-the-blank. Usually I just draw a blank through it or write “n/a”. Sometimes I’ll put “stay-at-home parent”. As a 31 yr old, college educated woman, I cringe when having to put an answer down at all because my job isn’t one that brings in a pay check. Originally my plan was to go back to work in the finance field when Brice was 3 months old. Little did I know his needs would be bigger than other kids his age. Long before the phrases “sensory processing” or “autism spectrum disorder” entered my life, going back to work would prove an impossibility. Day cares would not accept Brice, and family and friends did not feel comfortable caring for him either. I love being Brice’s primary caregiver and he is the cutest boss I’ve ever had, but sometimes I feel a little down when reminded that I’m not a working parent like so many other people seem to manage. From now on, when filling out any paperwork, I will put my title as “Meltdown Manager” because lets face it—I’m pretty awesome at it.
They would look cute together tbh
