So as weigh day approaches I thought I’d do three reflections of the week and three aims for the week coming! I have been at SW for 2 weeks now and I have lost -4lb but I am not hopeful for tomorrow 🤦🏻♀️ It was another busy day at work today so food was very easy! For breakfast I had an apple and fruit pot. For lunch I had carrot sticks with 5 light laughing cow triangles (a choice) - honestly the best on the move snack! Then for dinner I had roasted vegetables with salmon (onions, courgette, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes). It was SO yummy 😍. French toast 🍓🍫
Ok so I’m aware this isn’t the best looking breakfast ever 😩 but I was set on French toast and didn’t have any bread 🙄 so had to slice up a scharglutenfree ciabatta roll 😂 and as a first time French toaster I actually really enjoyed that!! Topped with 1 tbsp Cadbury’s chocolate spread (4) and speedy strawberries 🍓
Today’s food consisted of the usual fruity breakfast (normally grapes and an apple) with a hot chocolate (2 syns) then for lunch I thought I would try some vegetable sushi! I am not a fan of fish sushi so after seeing this on another SW Instagram page I thought I’d give it ago - it was only 1.5 syns for the whole pack which is super good for something to quickly grab but if I’m completely honest I’m not sure I loved it🤷🏻♀️ I didn’t hate it but I also don’t think I loved it - so I ended up having 3 Finns (half my b choice) with 5 light laughing cow triangles (a choice) and some carrot sticks to fill me up for lunch! I’ll try the sushi again and give it another go one day I think 😊 For dinner I had rice and carrots, it’s so easy and cheap to make! I always use an oxo vegetable stock cube when making my rice as I think it adds so much flavour and is syn free 😍 My semi good day didn’t last long after a salted caramel Hifi bar (half b choice) a bag of mini party rings (4 syns), another hot chocolate (2 syns) and 3 celebrations (6 syns) - so I’m ending the day around 15 syns although it could end up being more 🤦🏻♀️. #sw#slimmingworldfood#slimmingworldinsta#swplan#slimmingworldlife#slimmingworldjourney#swblog#swfood#swfoodblog#swfoodpics#swfoodideas#sushi

Not just let you down I’ve let myself down 😂😂 not mad just disappointed 🙄😂 Nah not bothered tbf! I needed a big blow out and that is exactly what I had, I ate everything I wanted and I’m just shocked it’s not a bigger gain tbh!
