Im really saddened by last post to learn about a place I thought was doing good things for whales sharks is actually compromising the health of theses amazing animals. I want to thank all the people that took the time to send me the studies and articles on Oslob that reported 97 percent of rules established when I was there 2012 to help lessen the human impact on the whale sharks are being broken on a daily basis during tours. Feeding is controversial but I was okay with if it benefited the animals with minimal effects to its natural existence. I was dumbfounded to hear that some of the operations there are feeding the whale sharks pork mixed in with the shrimp which is not natural. I still think what they are doing there is way better than killing the animals just for its fins, however there much better places to go see whale sharks in the Philippines that are respectful and natural like Donsal and Palawan.
