🔥🔥How to Pull Up 360🔥🔥
Yo guys! This was another popular request from our story a few weeks back. We aren't particularly interested in learning bar tricks. Most of our time is spent performing bodyweight strength movements (i.e. planche, front lever, pull-ups, dips, etc). But due to popular demand, we made this video for ya'll! Hope you find the video useful!

1. Generate a huge swing by using the "cast away" technique. This is done by jumping then pulling your whole body up and coming down in a big swooping motion.
2. As your body comes back around, push down on the bar to lift your body up as high as possible.
3. At your peak height, slightly pull yourself into the bar to prevent traveling too far away.
4. Then immediately and swiftly spin your body. One helpful tip is to try and release the bar with both hands at the same time. If you hold onto the bar with your trailing hand too long, you will not spin upright.
5. Spot the bar and CATCH!
