I have been away for so long ⏰ After about 2 months of being on and off plan for personal reasons, I am finally back on it 💪🏼 The last 2 months my diet has been poor because I’ve been comfort eating! I am just getting my self back on track now, so I am going to start posting again to motivate myself to get back into a healthier lifestyle again 🏃🏼♀️ I also can’t wait to see everyone’s posts for more inspiration ⭐️ I have just got back from a week away with the family 👨👩👧👦 I was so happy! I expected to have a massive gain, but I actually had lost -4.5lb ⬇️ Thinking back to it, I actually ate so much fruit fresh fish that my syns wouldn’t have been that high. It was far to hot to eat too much bad food, apart from the odd ice cream🍦☀️ I also was not well for some of it so my alcohol consumption was also low 🍷 Most days we were swimming or running around parks after the kids, so I was moving a lot more than usual 😃 I was not expecting to return to this award 🥈 onwards and upwards 🔝 Only 3lb until target 🎯

Loved going out tonight and feeling happy with my new body, don’t get me wrong I still have bits I don’t like (my arms and mum tum are my worse!) but Iv honestly had such a good night, being able to stuff my face and not worry about people judging me because of my size, not worrying that people are thinking “I think she’s already had enough” “I think she needs to eat a salad” believe me I can still eat as much as I could when I was 4 stone heavier but now I understand that it’s all about balance. 100% back on plan tomorrow, totally guilt free ❤️

🐑 Lolllllllllzzzzzzz, today was totally, horrifically off plan. But, as when we went to visit our grandma, this was ‘totally planned off plan’! In short: my auntie is the best and her cooking is insaaaaaanely good.
🐑 As you can see, we went in pretty hard with our lunch/early dinner today. As you can also see, my sister and I were pretty spoiled today... Lamb? Check. Roasties? Check. Cauliflower — AND BROCCOLI — cheese? Check? Lots of lovely vegetables? Check and check. Oh, and a nice, fat homemade raspberry and lemon #cheesecake
with cream and ice cream? Errrrrrm, check! I’m actually getting hungry just looking at this meal again...!!
🐑 I am still hoping for a pound loss after today’s epic feast, but who knows. I checked myself before we went back to Sussex on Friday and I had lost a few already this week, but we’ll see what those judgemental scales of mine say in the morning! Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
