Baked chicken and rice
Ready in: Less than 30 Minutes
Syns per serving: FREE
4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
2 celery sticks, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 (6.5oz) can sliced mushrooms
¼ cup (2oz) fat-free plain yogurt
Plain cooked white rice
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2) Place the chicken in a baking dish. Add the celery, onion and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3) Cover tightly with foil and bake in the oven until the chicken is cooked through, about 25 minutes.
4) When done, remove the chicken and vegetables from the dish. Whisk the yogurt into the juices in the dish making a sauce.
5) Serve the chicken and vegetables over the hot rice.
6) Drizzle with yogurt sauce.

Well we were celebrating national men's day today in group I know I know what your going to say but that was yesterday but we have some awesome men at my groups and anyone that knows me it's a another chance to dress up and just incase you don't believe I am actually Clarke Kent (Superman ) I have even lifted a house tonight just to prove it body magic at its best some might say 😉 and with me is one of our awesome men and is also one of our Amazing Mr Sleeks for 2018 Mr Mark himself Mark is a top man and brings fun and inspiration to our Larne Linn primary school slimming world 7.30 pm Tuesday night groups and it just wouldn't be the same with out him Mark is always posting on our Facebook page I so jealous as I text as I can see a lovely big bowl of soup he has just posted so it's a massive congratulations and Whoop whoop to all them top men and inspirational boy's we have in our slimming world groups up and down the country #tommy_tucker_healthfood_mucker

Just in from group and it's one of them weeks this week when you don't get the result you deserve I had 1lb on and honestly was on plan but I know it works but never the less it's just frustrating well I am going to use that word so as I don't get banned of social media LOL 😂🤣 I could easily stopped of at the co-op on the way home and bought some junk food it's treat night sure I can put it down to that but no I promised I am going to do a food dairy and sure them amazing members and friends who come along to group are 100% behind me and thank you to everyone for coming out tonight and some amazing results I am so so proud of you all but I just have to give a big shout out to or new members from last week wow girls that just awesome what you did tonight congratulations OMG I am supposed to be telling you about my tea ok that's me of my soap box tea tonight I went from fresh salmon I love salmon and is a brilliant protein free food with baby boiled potatoes the are a free and filling food and along with peas and sweetcorn also free I am well on the way I have some carrots for speed was looking to more speed but I had this prepared and didn't want to eat more food for the sake of it so I am guilty of that from time to time and I am happy with my lot and its a on plan meal tasty and syn free #tommy_tucker_healthfood_mucker

I have just got this breakfast new for the big man in red and white and I am not taking about Kenny Bruce yes it's the big man himself 🎅 and he has asked me along with this magic elf it is now in our groups to keep him update now when is see some of these names I am honestly totally shocked and asked him big S are you sure and he assured me it's true now so of the name on the list if am also honest didn't shock me I did try to fight you're Connor with big S but he gave me one of the looks and said to me Tommy Tucker don't you ever go there I am not going to name and shame but you know who you are but the good news is we still have time to pull this back round I will keep you all updated as Big S keeps me updated and by some mad chance Mr Kenny Bruce is reading the post the girls have a list of what they would like for Christmas and my Cullybackey crew even said they will start to support Larne football club Also LOL 😂🤣#tommy_tucker_healthfood_mucker

It's group night and weight day for me already were did that week go and as I am of work today I always love to use the me time to enjoy my breakfast with the paper and just savor and enjoy a wee cheeky half an hour 🤔 okay okay hour 😂🤣 and today's breakfast has been inspired by my slimming world buddy Leanne as today Leanne had also went for one of these wee omelette bad boy's and I have to say I will have to get a few wee top tips form our omelette queen as Leanne omelette looks awesome so that's is why I love our we slimmingworld closed and open pages they are just packed full of amazing meals tips and information and also is a great way of keeping in touch and contact with our buddies through the week and I know our closed pages can be some crazy crack 😉 so rant over on to my Leanne inspired omelette I used four egg's all free food I add more free foods to the egg mix in the form of salt,pepper & paprika then beat it up set it to one side and today I started to build up my omelette with frying of some mushrooms and another wee cheeky speed free food and then added in the beaten eggs when they start to cook I let it sit for two to three minutes then added into the eggs and mushrooms I added the cooked chicken bits a protein free food that will help fill me up and then I slipped in some beef tomatoes I just love them and are a great speed free food now to all you omelette chef out there please forgive me please I then put it in below a hot grill to finish it off it brings it up nicely and golden brown and when you cut through the crust is all soft inside and at times a wee bit runny inside I love my omelette like this please please feel free to share any of your omelette tips have a great day of to make a coffee Thomas 🧔#swwiththomas #swlarne #swlinnpimarylarne #swballymena #swcullybackey #swconsultant #slimmingworldchef

So so ready for this and I just love steak night went for a nice we bit of rump steak and it was a nice cheeky wee bit it was a real steal it was cut right from of the top of the rump steak so so tender that cut is just grilled it and is protein free food at its best also grilled the cherry Vine tomatoes it's great as they are both cooking they spit their juice over eachother I went for a mix of hot cold and pickled salad for the hot salad side of this meal was quick and simple red pepper mushrooms and onions I like to fry the in a we drop of soya and Worcester sauce just adds a wee bit of salty and sweet twist to them the pickles was just beetroot and I like to also slice up some gurkins they get them taste buds going I seem to be loving the spinach at the moment nice and fresh taste and when you see it all out gives me half the plate speed free foods that will help my weight loss and of course you need them slimming world chips I use roaster potatoes I find they make great chips I do mine in the actifry for 40 minutes band give them a good spry with fry light 1cal at the start and again on 20 minutes and then finally on 35 minutes I am loving the Heinz 70% less fat salad cream and I took two syns for this it's amazing to think all the for just two syns and packed full of free ,speed and protein foods hope you're all well and have had a lush tea also . The breakfast club first meeting it was supposed to be a slimming world training day to but we got cancelled last minute 🤔😒?????🤔🤣😉🤣😂🤣😂 But I had some of my fellow consultants round for a breakfast club pre training breakfast you know what they are like for a free breakfast we will come away you have went to so so much trouble 😉 I right 🤔🤣😂😅😆 so anyway forget breakfast at Tiffany's it's breakfast at Tommy Tucker's 🧔 is the place to be and all for just one syn we had SW hot dog sausages learn back bacon beans all protein free foods scramble egg's are a breakfast essential and a great free filling food spinach beef tomatoes and spinach to add a wee touch of much needed speed free foods and and some Irish pan boxty for just one syn to round and was tasty right I am of to get the Sunday papers at get milk coffee and a weekly shop as they eat me out of. Tonight tea time has honestly run away from me today I have everything in to make pealla tonight and I was honestly so looking forward to making it and it's just lovely but was at the the football and then the rugby was on but that's why I love the slimming world Iceland meals I have a wee curry in 12 amazing minutes they are a true lifesaver so it's a cheeky wee curry and chips tonight and all syn free and ready in the same time than it would have taken for a carry out to be delivered so of to enjoy this walk my wee body magic buddy Bobo the wonder dog then a few wee bits and bobs to get ready for training tomorrow the up a the rake of dawn I apparently am on breakfast duty tomorrow when you're TD invites herself for breakfast you can't really say no don't want a bad score on our next visit now do wee LOL 😀😁🤣😉#tommy_tucker_healthfood_mucker

Saturday of Whoop whoop whoop whoop and on our day's of we like to treat ourselves and that doesn't always mean you have to go out make some me time for you and just have something nice I honestly think this is a massive weight loss tip if you can sit down relax and enjoy one our even two meals per day and it can be fun making them you are honestly feel a wee bit more happy content and say to yourself you what I am the bomb .com I actually am not to bad at this so give yourself a big high five 🤔 why because you rock that why so rant over 😂🤣 now to lunch I am honestly going to be doing alot with seafood today it's something that I tend to forget about a bit I am without a doubt a big meat lover but seafood is just as tasty and today's lunch is one I really love when I have time to sit and enjoy it for the seafood we have prawns and BBQ smoked salmon both packed full of protein and just amazing for your weight loss and to get some speed I like to mix up the 🥗 salad I have it packed full of speed with red pepper cherry tomatoes spinach orange and Melon and a few wee red grapes in their yes the are free but along with the orange and Melon just honestly bring so much taste to the salad and I have used 2 syns in their in the form Heinz 70% less fat salad cream and well worth them to syns this honestly if you like seafood is such a lovely weekend lunchtime meal when you have time to yourself or friends round for lunch if you set this down to anyone they will not think it's a slimming world food optimising meal if I got this out in a cafe I would be more than happy well heading of to the football so enjoy your day everyone and make you day and meals fun .
