Oh Lord. You know you've ate like a pig when you need an A Level in Maths to work out your syns🙄 In the last 36 hours I reckon I've had at least 7500, maybe 8000 calories. Like seriously. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?!?!?! 😭🤦♀️
Yesterday I had a McDonald's breakfast & then a Nandos. Today I might as well have ate a farm. I had Crumpets and Bacon for breakfast, burger, chips & brownie & ice cream for our team meal out AND THEN a KFC. Not just any, but a LARGE BOX MEAL. No joke🙈 I feel ridiculous. I've no even had my advent choccy for 2 days.
Tomorrow has been planned and I'm stuffing some grapes down my neck, having soup for lunch and then a light tea. I've ate enough to last 4 days so I'm gonna scale back the calories a little.
Anyone else feel like their having a meltdown this month or is it just me?!?! 😫 I feel my body has gone into 'sod it, wait for Jan' mode. #sendhelp
