Homemade Vanilla & Black Pepper syrup
Lemon juice 🍋
Orange bitter 🍊
Oaxacan Old Fashioned //
2 oz Xicaru Reposado, 1 barspoon agave, 2 dashes mole bitters
Stir and serve on a large rock with a grapefruit peel.

As Danny Meyer once said “a cocktail done right can really show your guest or customer you care.” This is a perfect example; stunning color, separation and presentation 👌🏻. ————————————————————————-
1.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 oz. St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
0.75 oz. Butterfly Pea Tea
0.5 oz. Lime juice
0.5 oz. Simple syrup
0.75 oz. Aquafaba or egg whites (for foam)
Muddle blackberries and then add the rest of the ingredients. Dry shake and pour into a coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated butterfly pea flower.

You wouldn’t believe me if I tell you that one of the best and highly appealing salad I have ever eaten was made by a Japanese Chef 👨🍳 and the main ingredients were , Basil 🌿, Mandarin 🍊, and roasted Almond 🤤
I’ve done some research, and apparently even though those ingredients are really different from one other, they share few Aroma compounds making this trio a interesting pairing 😎

Despite everything on the drink menu, Cameron used to always opt for cider, until he finally branched out thanks to our regular bar catch-ups. “Somehow he ends up ordering the most dainty looking drinks on the menu” - James.
One time he ended up ordering rum ‘neat’ having no idea what it meant...the look in his face when it arrived was priceless.
