Heard that the spicy miso was amazing but opt for a meaty charsiu loaded bowl instead as my cherry popper, and I do not regret it. The meaty and fatty slabs of charsiu was amazing. Juicy and smokey and oh so tender. Broth rich in flavour and the noodles perfectly done 😍 The only flaw in the bowl was the over-cooked ajitama otherwise what a perfect bowl 🍜

I had some Challenger meat left over from last week, so figured I’d whip up a little breakfast burger!
I threw the bacon in the oven and started prepping. Warm through the pastrami, fry up an egg, mix some mayo and toast some buns! The pastrami was👌 the bacon crispy 🥓 and the egg perfectly runny.
