Been struggling with energy this week.....I felt MUCH better last week when eating only butter, steak and bacon. I wonder why? Hmmm... maybe I need more #carnivorediet

My net carbs were 16 today. I had a salad this morning for my #ketolunch
with kale, artichoke hearts, capers, 2 scrambled eggs, guac, mct oil and #acv

was a bomb ass #taco
salad!! I got my salad all pretty with the ingredients arranged nicely on top of the kale. And then I forgot to take a picture. So the picture doesn't really show how how tasty it was! So good! #kale
with taco meat made from ground venison (seasoned simply with cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika and pink salt), an individual serving of #goodfoods #guacamole
, 2 and a half tbsp of sour cream, #franksredhot
mild sauce, and mozzarella cheese :) this will be lunch tomorrow as well! .
We got over the hump everyone! Tomorrow is Thursday already!
