Mutton pulav or ricemuttonmasala, made it from the finest ingredients of my thoughts,mind and from the food I tasted from Afghan and Pakistan,now am Indian cooks that also from south,cooking is a biggest distresser,it’s beautiful
1)mutton 2kg ,rice 4 cups,garlic ginger paste,garam masala whole(cinnamon,anise seed,clove,pepper,cinnamon leaves,),potato,tomatoes,(cashew nut +almond+raisins+walnut)make a paste ,
1)soak the rice for an hour till you pressure cooker mutton with garam masala aside till you have 6whistels done ,add also onions and garlic.
2)after that take another big vessel,pour oil 1tablsspoon,then add two chopped onion and fry them till brown,then add garlic and two tomatoes,then in a grinder two tomatoes plus cashew almond and walnut,and then put this paste too and fry for two minutes till u see it’s done .
3)from the cooker add the mutton Brewstew whole of it into this vessel and then
4)add rice which was soaked
5)Mixwell ,then add salt to taste
6)cook in a low flame
Add potatoes don’t forget
And after your u have done this pray and Give Glory to God and offer it God for his blessings
After 15minutes keep checking an dits done#add
coriander leaves and a slit of lemon on sides❤️🙌🤣
