I’ve been having a lot of moments of waking up and saying forget it I don’t want to do it. .
I went on a week vacation and usually I workout on vacation but it just wasn’t the place I could do so. Which set me into excuse mode. 🥊I already missed 6 days, what’s another day
🥊Less then 3 weeks left of this pregnancy, it’s totally okay to rest
🥊The time change is messing with me
The only thing is, I’m only hurting myself by not waking up and just getting it done for the day. 🦄It sets my day up for good things
🦄Gives me so much more energy
🦄Honestly takes away some of this pressure I’m dealing with from this pregnancy 🦄Makes me feel more accomplished 🦄etc etc etc...
So when the alarm went off I ran through some excuses until I remembered I’m half way through #noexcusenovember
over here full of excuses...who am I??? .
Time to get back on track, no excuses, just do it, feel great about it, and repeat the next day.
