It’s pretty incredible what happens when you start paying attention to yourself ☺️ Photo on the right was in Charleston, SC for a work trip. I stuffed a carry on with options & ended up borrowing the dress I’m wearing cause I couldn’t find anything that I liked.
Last night I snapped this shot after my workout and was like “yoooooo”. The side by sides always are always my fav because you can truly see your progress, no matter how big or small.
Don’t give up! Most people will quit the gym or workout program in Feb because they aren’t seeing the results the want. I have my girls, my accountability partners and team of fellow coaches who back me up and encourage me daily! Beyond grateful.

We often don’t give ourselves enough credit. We think we are too busy, too tired or we feel unmotivated. I am telling you right now…YOU have to make yourself a priority! If you continue to make excuses for yourself, you will never reach the goals that you have put in place. Come a couple years ago, I probably would have skipped day 3 because I’m sore and tired...but I didn’t. Believe in yo self and just get it done! These workouts are ONLY 20 min.
Day 4/42 DONE! I had to drop the dogs off at the vet this morning by 8 AM! So you know what? I set my alarm for 30 minutes earlier (10 minutes for snooze & gettin dressed) and got my workout in this morning.

makes you feel like you are LITERALLY there with him. I don’t know where I’d be right now without these guided workouts, recipes and nutrition plans! Prob tired AF, hungry AF, mindlessly walking through a gym YouTube-ing exercises to do. ✋🏼 Boy, bye.
What an insane day! I did pretty well on my nutrition, but mostly excited to finally get home and get my workout in. I always feel better when I do 🙌🏼 I’m only 3 days in and the support and accountability is just what I needed. I will be doing a second round of this program in six weeks! Nachdem ich mir Ende 2018 erstmal eine kurze Pause von Instagram gegönnt habe, starte ich nun mit einem neuen Partner ins Jahr 2019. The people who will challenge you and push you to be stronger than you ever thought you could be. Mentally and physically. Because fitness isn’t just about your physical body. ..

Nutrition is SO important as it is 90% of our success! I am happy that I have my tracker to help me stay on track and I don’t have to count macros, calories, etc. 🙌🏼 Whipped the chicken up in about 30 min and let it cook in the crockpot. I now have shredded chicken for my salads ALL week! 🌱
