Doesn’t everyone have a hangry look like this 😜 If you see me not smiling please give me carbs 😂 So many think weight loss means you need to cut carbs, try some magic shakes and join a quick fix programme. Well to look good I eat carbs and I eat a lot of food. Cutting calories isn’t always the answer depending on your body type and sometime under eating causes bloating and the body to store fat thinking it’s starving. Overeating overtime will create weight gain if in a surplus to your exercise. Simple - Eat for your goals, exercise to balance your eating and choose better food that won’t sit in all the wrong places. Don’t drastically cut food you love and calories or you will end up on a food bender with no off switch 🙈🤪. I use my fat for fuel choosing the right foods and training technique for my beach body.
