On our recent trip to Andhra Pradesh, we got a chance to eat Temple food. From all that was served, this dish stood out! At first sight, we thought it was yam and because of our dislike for the root, we asked for a small serving, but soon regretted! We had to return and test this delicacy.
Cooked in basic masala, the taste of this simple dish is uplifted by jaggery.
