1867cal for our travel day/last day of 'vacation.' We made the trip in 14 hours this time, so not bad at all! I actually did shockingly well on calories up until dinner. During the trip I had coffee + a premier protein shake, 2 hard boiled eggs, a PB chocolate quest bar, and half of a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich. For dinner, we decided to go to Texas Roadhouse as soon as we got in and I mapped out all my calories out for steak, broccoli, and mashed potatoes (just over 1300cal for the day), but I was STARVING and ended up eating two rolls while I waited.
We're in the process of unpacking and settling back in with our kitty now. As much as I missed home... I'm really not ready for real life to resume next week. We're already planning for next year!
