Never forget to count your blessings. Being grateful about past blessings and the small or bigger things in life that improved help us to guard our heart and keep a right attitude.

ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE.
Even after a year of practicing mind-body awareness, I must say I have got a looong way to go on the gratitude ladder. As an empath and a feeler, it is difficult for me to not be negatively impacted by my circumstances, be they outward (relational stress, financial stress, LIFE stress) or inward (a brain stuck in fight or flight mode from chronic pain).
The greatest help I've found to escape the trap of negativity is self-care/self-love - this starts with simply stopping as soon as I notice myself re-entering the trap. The sooner I catch myself slipping down the spiral, the better.
Days like today, as my little one was fueling the anger that commenced with a shattered mason jar, it looked like cleaning up the mess, then lying on my back for ten minutes with headphones on.
I know many people recommend keeping thankfulness lists, and I am all for those. However, I've found for myself, it's best that I focus on the present behaviors - correcting my breathing and changing my thoughts. I'll write lists of things I'm thankful for sometimes, but it isn't a daily regimen at this point simply because I've failed to upkeep that list so many times in the past, it's become a trigger of guilt for me. The idea of keeping a daily list actually stresses me out more than helps me at this point! But catching my thoughts in the moment, observing the tension, seeing myself as a child who needs help? That for me is steady progress.

I love how a photo can capture a fleeting moment, but viewing it again can bring you right back there and you can almost feel the sun on your skin and the smells in the air, a little piece of time travel all in our minds.

Being a Big girl and All, CHUNKY OR LIKE SOME say FAT!! We all have our flaws. But with time ivr learned to LOVE💞 ME FOR ME. And MOST IMPORTANTLY LOOK beautiful for my self! And it feels GOOD! On another Note these last 4 yrs of my life have been a ROLLER COASTER!! But Right now! I am thankful to say. It feels good to take my power back!! And it wasnt until i took my power back that i started loving my self!! Or learning how to love my self.

A week ago I sat on the beach in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida , with the tide wayy out and meditated about what I wanted most. I had always had a fear of water, not the best swimmer.
I dragged my husband out into the ocean with me, and he laughed at the baby waves. We walked, and kept walking, and kept walking out into the tide. I told him I wanted to dive into a wave - and feel the water on my face. I froze, I said, I cant do this.
He looked at me and said - " is this what you would tell your Team at home? Would you tell them to quit?"
I took a deep breath and starred at the beautiful ocean. He said, "Dive", and I dove right in, into the water. .
When you are deep under the water, what do you want to do? Breathe. .

2012-2013 was a very hard year for me 😫
I went through a lot of medical issues during college 😷
I graduated from a college 📚 I spent 4 years of my life at (including my summers)
My monk-monk passed away 😭
I found out I was allergic to gluten 🥖 and had an autoimmune thyroid disease 🦋
I felt sick to my stomach, I was bloated and felt so tired all the time 🤢
I got my first job & left my first job due to health reasons & unrealistic expectations while I was sick/injured 🤒🤕
I got my first apartment but had to move home because I didn’t have a full-time job to afford it 👎🏼
Even though I had my family helping me through everything, not many of my ‘friends’ were there for me so I felt lonely a lot 😢
After I moved home, I got my life together & moved to the beautiful mountains of NC 💙
2018 is my year!!!! 🎉
I celebrated 5 years living in this beautiful town of Boone 🏔
I love the house I live in & the people I live with 🏡
I enjoy coaching volleyball 🏐 & running social media for all accounts 💻
My new job fills me with so much joy- I wake up every morning so excited to go to work 💜
The people I work with & work for are so genuine, enjoy their job & want to take care of their employees 🏥
I still have my thyroid autoimmune disease & I’m still allergic to gluten, but I have designed my lifestyle in helping 👌🏼 this issues- rather than hurting them
I feel the best I have ever felt 😊
I enjoy filling my body with superfoods & dense nutrition 🥗 and working out every day 🏋🏼♀️🧘🏼♀️
I have family & friends who support me & are there for me 100% 👯♀️

The first impression of her was that she once terribly wonder at her right eye.
When she approached me and snuggled at me, my heart melted.
I was nearly cried.
I think God has similar mood when he found that I ask for him.
Even wounded, cats are still beautiful.
I think that so do human.
Even wounded, even we have flaws,
for God, we are still his beloved ones.
So don't be afraid.
He will embrace us anytime unconditionally.
But we still have to do our responsibility.

I have my workout/love/life partner back!! He drove up from Tennessee and showed up at the door last night. He came to ensure I actually came back home 😂 AND he brought my PUPPIES 🐶 .
We woke up and got our sweat on to start the day 💦 LIIFT 4 // Week 5 // day 4. Checking in with our accountability group and get dressed for a day of fun together💋
