I believe I only get one life. I am determined to make it full of adventures, kindness, incredible beings, and stimulating conversations. I want to know everything, attempt to satisfy my insatiable curiosity, and collect as many memories and experiences as I can. I want to create change for the better, help others, inspire ethical decisions, and appreciate life and all it's possibilities. Think, feel, see, hear, do.
Standing on a ledge looking over the Grand Canyon is something almost overwhelming. Seeing it in person is amazing... pictures don’t do it justice.
As the high from my Arizona trip wears down and I get ready for my trip to Vegas, I realized what a change I’ve had in my life. It may sound crazy, but I never would have experienced this if I hadn’t started CBD. Not only has it significantly decreased my chronic pain, enough that I can sit in 8-9 hour days at a conference or hike the Grand Canyon, but it’s also decreased my anxiety enough to let me make these trips.
I shared two different Airbnb’s with people I had never met before. My anxiety used to be so bad that I wouldn’t share a room with people I KNEW, let alone strangers! I used to be so nervous about traveling at all that I would panic and want to cancel my trips. I was too anxious to enjoy them.
Now my life is different. I get excited and look forward to the adventure - and I was lucky enough to make some AMAZING friends this last trip.
When people say things are “life-changing” I tend to roll my eyes and think they’re being dramatic, but I’ve seen it first hand. CBD not only gave me my life back, but has made new adventures possible... and for that, I’m thankful.
