It ended up being a perfect night for some Milky Way hunting with @tracyleephotos
, but it definitely didn’t start off too promising!
We had to move from our original setup, the winds were so strong, they blew Tracy’s tripod and camera gear bag into the water! Without hesitation, she jumped into the freezing water to save her gear, I’ve never seen someone move so quickly!!
Once we settled on a different, dryer spot, a cloud started to form right over the dip in the mountains. As the Milky Way started to come out, the cloud grew. But with a little patience, the cloud disappeared and I made the sketchy scramble out over these rocks.
