ONE YEAR of married adventure with this one ❤️ I am so thankful for you @lexamstutz.
Here’s to many more years to come.
Saying goodbye to this little slice of paradise for now, but I’ll be back in April 🌴 going to keep the reason for my visit a surprise, but here’s a hint 🏎🏎 is there someplace you always go back to visit each year? #thebonvoyageblonde
Day at the spa, or a mountain side hot spring with a view? 🏔 Which one are you choosing? ❤️
In case you need to be reassured...
Yes, babe, you have what it takes ♥️ #ItsGoTime
Getting back into core heavy movements has not been easy to say the least.
I've had straight up break downs. (It's ugly be glad you don't have to see it) It's interesting how all the "gains" you work for can disappear in a matter of days, but isn't that how all life is?
You stop working at anything and it'll slip through your fingers.
Also... dope song... Lately- Witt Lowry.
for the capture! And @chanchchan
for being a hella supportive base.
Whenever you say 2018, I will always remember this adventure. 🖤
I hereby name this a sand-mackerel 🐟
We love practicing yoga out in the open air and warmth! ✨ Feel the benefits of practicing yoga every day during our retreat - as many come to find out, it is definitely more than just stretching! You’ll be exploring the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative Yin with @mozelleyoga.
Mozelle will break down the basics and benefits of each pose. Each session will target the areas of the body we’ve trained and put to work that day, releasing any tension and tightness as well as preparing it for the next day. Every day we’ll be feeling stronger and more connected with our bodies! 👌🏽😌👌🏽

Our Alpine paradise, the Parmelan ❤️ .
Des pins qui poussent dans la roche ; des nuages en forme de vaisseaux spatiales, des montagnes hors normes🤔
Bienvenue au Parmelan 🥰.

and I took one of my cousins on his first hunt yesterday and he got to have a full crash course on duck hunting. I came to pick him up at a little past midnight and we headed for the refuge for check in at 3AM. We talked all things hunting as we drove out and practiced duck calling. .
We didn't have a reservation so we hoped and prayed our number in the sweat line lottery came in our favor. While we waited I had the chance to catch up with a couple friends who were also waiting out the sweat line.
As we all talked, they invited us on an opportunity for the morning to hunt a property nearby if the odds didn't come up in our favor. So when the lottery list showed our refill at number 30 and 34, we hopped in the trucks and headed for a running dairy a few miles down the road. Since we had a full day to hunt, this was the perfect way for my cousin to get experience in both a jump shoot and a blind hunt back at the refuge.
First light hit and we all lined up on the side of one of the two ponds and popped over the edge. Ducks flew in every direction and when the sound of shots settled our group had ducks scattered about the pond and my cousin had harvested for himself for the first time. I could see the awe in his face as he looked at his birds in his own hands. From this point, I knew we had made a new hunter for life.
We packed up and headed for the next pond where we didn't have as much luck and managed to pull only one bird out of the many wigeon that flew up and out of firing range.
With the ponds clear we thanked our gracious hunting friends and hosts and the three of us headed back to the refuge. 10:30 and we were back on the refill list waiting for the first decent blind we could get ourselves on.
It wasn't until 2pm that we took a blind and headed out to set a few decoys. We sat until end of shoot time just BSing with only one lone gadwall that came in as if on a rope to come home with us.
Tired from a full and exciting day we headed home to clean our harvests and get some much needed sleep.

“Most of our lives are a series of images, they pass us by like towns on a highway. But sometimes a moment stuns us as it happens and we know that this instant is more than a fleeting image. We know that this moment, every part of it, will live on forever.” One Tree Hill
Most amazing views are always worth that extra mile or two.
I had a nice relaxing walk today and watched the sun set🌅 I also went for a walk along the river yesterday and included a little relaxing video of some reeds blowing in the wind🌾💨 now that I’m working longer hours during the week it’s important to me to make the most out of my weekends and make sure I get outside💙 I’m gonna head to the gym now, and I hope everyone is having a great Sunday🖤
Does anyone else want to drop something really expensive down a really tall cliff? I do allllll the time, I won’t do it but I want to.
Love to know which country are your parents from, where did you grow up?
Was fish part of the staple diet?
Most of the mauritian population loves fish and it MUST be fresh straight from the sea.
Is fishing one of your hobby?
Here "Seine fishing" is a buzz word at the coast!
Between March and September (6 am to 6pm), fishermen team up in groups of 10...depending on the tides, and would return ashore with nets full of fish... Seine is a large rectangular net (max 500m according to government legislation) with floaters and sinkers.
Two types of nets; "lasenn canard", consist of bamboo pieces, which stays afloat and the other is just thrown on the sea sand banks or lagoons. .
