This is how you know for sure that your hive is about to swarm -lots of queen cells! Bees raise queens in different scenarios, like superseding an old or failing queen, replacing one that has died or gone missing or in preparation for swarming. If they're planning on swarming they build heaps of cells as opposed to only a few in the other scenarios #beefacts #queenbees

Sunday’s are for Jesus and learning.
These two worked so hard on this complicated gingerbread train!🚂 Did you know that making gingerbread houses became a thing thanks to the story, “Hansel and Gretel”? #themoreyouknow #gingerbread #train #brothers
Laminar Flow: the flow of a fluid when each particle of the fluid follows a smooth path, paths which never interfere with one another. One result of laminar flow is that the velocity of the fluid is constant at any point in the fluid. Turbulent Flow is an irregular flow that is characterized by tiny whirlpool regions. The velocity of this fluid is definitely not constant.
The Reynolds number is used to predict if the flow will be laminar or turbulent.
Typical examples of both Laminar and Turbulent flows can be observed in cigarette smoke as well.
In 1883, Irish scientist Osborne Reynolds discovered the dimensionless number that predicts fluid flow based on static and dynamic properties such as velocity, density, dynamic viscosity and characteristics of the fluid. He conducted experimental studies to examine the relationship between the velocity and behavior of fluid flow. For this purpose, an experimental setup has been established by Reynolds using dyed water which was released in the middle of the cross-sectional area into the main clear water to visualize the movement of fluid flow through the glass tube.

When your people are a little bit extra at the wreath-making event... but also, it’s because you know just how extra they are that you get out of the house to make a wreath and, apparently, do choreography with them. Love you guys ❤️🐝#holidaze2018 #wreathsonwreathsonwreaths #evergreencontent
These little doo-hickys are called Siphinophors. (Sigh-fawn-O-Fors) and that are delightful creatures. Huge organisms compiled of several clones of the born all attached together. But here’s where it gets interesting. Some are cloned to only have mouths for eating. Some only fins for swimming. Some with only lungs for breathing and so forth. Together a fully functioning body is created through teamwork. #themoreyouknow #ocean #clones
Dressember Day 9
This is not an issue that concerns only a few people. It concerns us all. Every 30 seconds someone becomes a slave. This person may be trafficked for a short amount of time or it may become their life’s reality. Either way time is up for those traffickers. Actually, time was up 30 seconds ago. I ask that you join me this month and see freedom for millions around the world as I continue to wear a dress every day in December in solidarity with those who are still in slavery. Are you with me? You can donate by clicking on the link in my bio.

Have a carry on you don’t feel like lugging around the airport? Check it in. Once you pass security, and get to your gate, most agents at the counter will look for volunteers to check their bag to their final destination when overhead cabin space is limited. Volunteering to check your bag will not cost you extra and allows you to be more free when traveling.

What does transparency mean?
To me, it means that a company is sharing 100% of their ingredients, processes, and the source of their raw materials. I used to just take stuff at face value until I understood that companies often hide ingredients behind seemingly pleasant sounding words (like fragrance), so I'm now a total skeptic.
I feel like if I'm buying a product, putting it in or on my body, I have a right to know what's in it. It's a major RED FLAG to me when I can't track down the ingredients in products.
In foods you often see words like ”Spices” and “Natural Flavorings”. In products you put on your skin, you often see words like “Parfum”, and “Fragrance”. Due to what is known as "Trade Secret" legislation, those ingredients could be a lot of really gnarly things. Legally, we just don’t always know what toxic chemicals are hiding behind vague labels. Companies aren’t required to disclose any ingredients.
Luckily, the tides are changing and more and more companies are making transparency a top priority. But we need ALL companies to be doing this, which is another reason I have such admiration for Beautycounter. We are fighting to get legislation so all companies are held to higher standards of safety.
Cleaner, better beauty can only begin when you know what’s in your products. All of the ingredients Beautycounter uses when formulating products, including all known components of fragrances that traditionally fall under the words “fragrance” or “parfum” are fully disclosed on the website - including whether they’re naturally derived or synthetic and why. (Did you know “fragrance” can be concocted from any number of 3,100 chemicals a company has in stock?!)
Do I use any products that are NOT Beautycounter? Sure. Not many, but yes. However, I am pretty damn sure that few of them come close to being as safe as BC is.

Also on top of taking my peak nutrition packs I added in my hair skin and nails just to give myself an extra pick me up 🙌🏼. Gotta keep this white hair of mine healthy af. And now that I have my fat burner and pre workout I feel like I’m getting more out of my workouts again!
