Didn't I just post a sunrise photo at the beginning of the weekend.. well, this one is not only from a different day but from a different view.. literally and figuratively. Like many things in our lives.. they may look somewhat similar at first glance but if we look a little closer.. circumstances, perspectives as well as other factors make each sunrise (day, person, situation etc..) unique. While the one from Friday was taken in anticipation of a weekend full of busy but fun plans (which didn't end up going quite like what was dancing around in my mind but hey, it happens right)
Mondays on the other hand can tend to be viewed less optimistically and with less excited anticipation. Sometimes even angst (worry, dread or uneasiness) or maybe a combination of both.
Maybe there are things you're looking forward to in the upcoming week but at the same time some bits of angst with other things you're not looking forward to or concerned about. While each day (or week) may look sorta the same in certain aspects. They are as unique as each sunrise.. in that they are a new day!
Hey, You woke up! You're breathing! and so this is a new day full of possibilities. Yes, the days ahead may be filled with work, things that need to get done, bills that need to be paid, responsibilities that need to be met, maybe tests that need to be taken, or waiting to hear results from.. but what if we look at it from a different view (kind of like we tend to look at the weekend) a different perspective.. Filled with anticipation of what God has for us to experience. Expectations of good things to come or even how God can use these situations and bring something good from them. While many of us tend to look forward to the weekend when alot of people may not have to "punch in" and the things we may look more forward to are on the horizon. Fun stuff, relaxing and let's just say it, plain enjoy more. What do you say, let's try to see the unique beauty and possibilities in each day.. whether it'd be a Monday or the weekend. And maybe we could leave room for God to show us a different view (perspective)
Have a Blessed week friends 🌞☉ #Godspaintbrush
