Hi friends. I used to have really curly hair. Now I don’t (due to my own stupidity & hair chemicals) so it looks like this most of the time. But that’s ok. This is life. Hindsight is 20/20. Can we say HOORAY 🎉 for the BOOTY🍑 GAINZZZ 🎊💪🏽 I’d been strength training for abt 2 years in the first photo and noticed my legs were growing but my glutes were not 🧐 Quads are a very dominating muscle. They like to take over so I had to start training smarter. I wanted to keep my waist small, I was happy for the most part with my legs I just wanted to lean em out a bit & also wanted to make my glutes grow as rapidly. I started focusing on isolating my glutes. This took figuring out what exercises I felt full glute engagement. Mind to muscle connection and form is 🔑 and 2 VERY important factors!! You should be able to feel the results happening and the muscle you are working contracting. I was doing a lot of compound movements on my leg day and that I had to change. I started focusing on glute isolation twice a week and did my compound movements on a separate leg day. This helped tremendously!!!! I was able to grow my glutes with my new method. Through trial and error I create ted glute training that was effective and took my results to a new level. I’m still in the field training hard and learning new things to add to my arsenal. I try things that is how I’ve learned what works and what does not. My programs for clients are customized to fit your individual needs and focus on areas of the body you choose to make a greater focal point if you are a Online or in-person client 😊 No “cookie cutter plans”
