First of all, apologies to everyone for the crop top and active wear mirror-selfie! For those of you who don’t know me well, when I started loosing weight I didn’t know how much I weighed. Mostly cause I didn’t want to know and so I never had an exact starting figure until now....the photo on the left was taken on the 5/4/2012. Recently, I went to add MyFitnessPal to my phone to track my progress. I thought I had never used the app before. I was wrong, on the 5/4/2012 I had entered my weight in to the app and I can now say that I have lost a total of 60kg. When the photo on the left was taken I wasn’t unhappy with myself, in fact it was one of best nights of my life I was hanging with my friends after writing, producing and performing in my first cabaret and was about to leave for New York and the Lincoln Center. I also never in my wildest dreams would have imagined that the photo on the right was possible! So to everyone that has supported me I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you! Thank you for listening to me rabbit on about my health, my training, me whining about how sore I am, me talking about the latest low carb or low calorie food I am obsessed with (current obsession @fitlato

Buzzing after a TOP week of training! 😁
This week has had such a positive impact on my training and given me the boost and focus that I needed. I tried my first Olympic Weightlifting at @dominus_yorksc
which I thoroughly enjoyed, another door has opened! Then as always a super session with my amazing PT and friend @bexyjenko
, whom without I would never be where I am now, strong, toned, lean and totally addicted to weight lifting, strength & conditioning which is helping me with PB's in cycling, running and rowing! It's incredible what your body can do and I can't wait to see where I go next! 💪
This type of training is totally different to how I used to train, hours of cycling and circuit training, (not that there is anything wrong with that and I still enjoy it from time to time now!) BUT this takes me out of my comfort zone and thats what makes me more determined to succeed! 💪 #strengthandconditioning

Every season is ice cream season. And as Melbourne has every season in one day does that mean you can have four ice creams a day?
Flavours were: Peanut butter caramel and cinnamon butterscotch cake which had actually cake pieces in it 🤤
This is definitely me! I have never been a straight up and down kinda girl, it just isn’t in my “make up”, coming from a highly active background.... ballet, athletics, netball, tennis, horse riding and competitive ballroom dancing.
My massive weight gain post surgery to remove part of my bowel has been a truely humbling experience. Going from super active and fit to decreased mobility and NO level of fitness, feeling sick all the time, not being able to do the things I love....
The last 12 - 18 months have been mind blowing for me. I started working out after overcoming my “I Can’t” mindset thanks to @jophilp121 #WorldGymToowoomba

- 2 Weeks Out from Miami Pro and 4 Weeks Out from Pure Elite 👙🧡💪🏼 I cannot explain how excited I am!!! Not going to lie I am slightly nervous 😬 but it’s part and parcel of it 🤷🏼♀️ I’m over the moon with my current condition and irregardless of placing I’m already a winner in my heart, knowing I’ll be bringing my best ever package to stage 👊🏼💪🏼 Don’t worry this doesn’t mean I won’t still be grinding these last couple of weeks and trying my hardest cause if you know me well enough...you will know I don’t do anything by halves.
I can’t say it’s perfect. I can’t say it has the colour and placement like my bowls back home. However, it tasted great and realistically that’s what matters. But remember a bowl is like life and sometimes it isn’t always perfect but it’s the little moments of great taste that really makes a bowl a bowl. And the little moments of happiness and greatness that makes life. This weekend is all very go go go, clients, moving apartment and a fitness expo tomorrow. Have a quality weekend peeps, rest up, lift heavy, eat good food and find that little life moment to make you smile 🧡
