We resolved this month to really notice how we feel, and to really hear our own voice, what’s working and what’s definitely not working, and we got so tired of our own BS, they we’re finally ready to make some big changes. We have found this mainly to be true. We have developed healthier, stronger boundaries. The more we love ourselves, the less will tolerate other people around us being unloving. We have to love ourselves in a way that shows other people how it’s done. Pic: @sarahprinciple
