Let’s have some real talk about my Burn experience.
When I first started Burn, I dropped pounds FAST. But then, I started to detox (remember, BURN is 1400x stronger than my favorite daft patch from thrive, so of course I was going to detox a bit). I’m so used to feeling absolutely awesome with thrive that the detox turned me off of Burn.
But, then I kept seeing everyone’s amazing results with Burn 😳😱 So I tried it again. Because, I want to step up my THRIVE game, and I’ve still got 80 lbs to lose. So I thought, what could I lose? 🤔 (besides more pant sizes 😉). Here’s the results of my first, truly dedicated week using the BURN dft. 🔥At first, I was tired. Yes, tired. But remember, I was detoxing. Which is actually a great sign! It means it’s working! 🔥By day 2 I realized that I was actually CRAVING water and veggies 🤯. Like, I couldn’t get enough! 🔥 On day 4, my eyes popped open without my alarm clock at 5:45am and I was ready to rock the day! (I’ve always wanted to be a morning person! 😍) 🔥 But here’s the kicker. There were 4 different opportunities this week when I could have splurged on my food choices; The fair, Eric went through the drive thru on Monday night for dinner, poor planning while out grocery shopping with the kids, and making pizza for the kids. Not once was I even tempted to eat a funnel cake, fries, or pizza! (Not even a single fry!!) 🔥Yesterday was day 6. I put on a pair of pants that had previously been snug, and there was an inch gap between me and the waist band 😍😳🤯 I’ve been telling myself that I need to make better food choices for forever. But there was always an excuse when I was confronted by temptation. You know “Well, it’s Wednesday... no one starts a diet on a Wednesday. I’ll start Monday.” Monday rolls around.. “Well, it’s a special occasion. I’ll have the dessert tonight and start tomorrow.” It creates a vicious cycle that many of us are stuck in.
The Burn dft is the catalyst for throwing my weight loss and healthy lifestyle into overdrive. I’m naturally making better choices, feeling amazing, and dropping inches... and it is AWESOME.
