We decided to choice the Fatty Crab Restaurant at Taman Megah for getting seats before 6pm. Wow.... There were so many people waiting at the line of queue after 6pm I had witnessed and blown up on mind. -
We had a very good time last Saturday for sharing XXL King Crabs, Fried Rice and Tiger Prawns. -
It was not ridiculously surprised a special sauce mixed with crabs is very good taste. I would like to know who knows about sauce if mind to share a recipe with me on PM. -
We, continued to suppers for dessert Fruits, Christmas Cake ,and Snow Fungus, Red Date, Dried Longan and Peach Gum soup after a meal dinner. -
The best of all the heart gift "SHARE" for us having a good feeling, enjoying, smiling and happy always than a present. 💝 -
Saba (Mackerel) Bo-sushi - this extra thick sushi nigiri use Akazu (Red vinegar) shari rice that worked very good with his Saba. This is one of my favorite piece this time.
Kurumaebi (Japanese tiger prawn) - Kurumaebi was half boiled and half raw to get the best texture. Saguchi-san also add its tomalley in this nigiri. It was another great piece here. You can also see the beautiful of this nigiri piece in my picture.
My second visit to Kikuzushi at Onojo district in Fukuoka. It's always be my favorite restaurant if you need to travel around Dazaifu as a tourist. The restaurant itself has a relax ambient and wide space than other places. Seguchi-san, a chef-owner, is very young and passionate about Sushi. His nigiri making and knife skills are really great and you could enjoy watching them flawlessly. He uses two type of shari to match each nigiri and his shari has stronger vinegar than regular places. I think they have the best Omakase price for lunch for just around ¥6,500 with a very good full course.
Shrimp so good 🍤 at Pomodoro’s on the North End. It’s this small, cozy, cash-only establishment where the food is good and the service is warm. Superb tiger prawns and linguine, but if you’re looking for some great broth, please do not hesitate to have the Steamed Mussels!
