Blame Canada burger at Bar Luca - this is hands down one of my fave burgers in Sydney. This was a 200g wagyu beef pattie with maple glazed streaky bacon, poutine and maple aioli in a sensational bun. 😳 warning: not for the faint of heart. I always bring my guests from out of town here and they always agree that its one damn good burger.
