Happy #ToastTuesday 😍🤤 TJ’s sourdough rye topped with avocado, blackberries, and some crunchy almond butter! I picked some blackberries from my yard this morning and knew this was exactly what I wanted to do with them!! If you haven’t tried sweet avocado toast- you need to jump on this train ASAP!! (Also, this is the VERY first thing I ever cooked for Jake, so it’s pretty much always gonna be my favorite snack ☺️😘)
I don’t even remember the first time I had avocado 🥑 do you?! But I now know that it’s a staple in my kitchen. You can do so many things with it. From guacamole to pasta sauce, smoothies, use instead of butter and so many more. Would love to hear your favourite way of eating avocado! I’ll share some of my favourite recipes too! 💚 so these two toasts are soo good! One is with radish, the other one with pomegranate seeds and I swear the second one is pure bliss. The avocado is sweet and the seeds are the perfect way to balance its taste 💚 so please try both of these toasts and you’ll see what I mean.
