Let's see what you can work with if you wanna change your body composition. The given basics are the laws of ENERGY BALANCE. If you burn less calories than you consume in a given time frame, you gain weight. If you burn more calories than you bring in, you lose weight. I'm ALWAYS gonna tell you this because it's the first thing to keep in mind, there's no way around it! ⚖️
And there you have what is up to you. You can set your daily calorie frame according to your goals. Measure your calorie intake, there are easy ways of that. Fit your favorite foods in there, or get what you wish for at the moment, just track it! Choose delicious but healthy foods 80% of the time. Lean meat, dairy, fruits, fibers... Your body will answer, sooner than you'd think... ⏳
